After having seen the SOpreme shirt by SOTO at the In Heaven Part 2 party in Frankfurt, I had to get it, too. And after having read a comment on the availability under the pic on their Facebook page, I got on the phone, Phil-G answered and a few days later I had it. Thanks, guys!
To get the pun on the shirt: It was released as part of the Supreme Book launch at SOTO and came with every book back then.
And it was very OK to also include the first issue of the Highsnobiety Magazine. Thank you very much!
Unfortunately, I haven’t been to Berlin since SOTO opened, but I only heard good things about the store and I think we’ll be hearing a lot from them in the future, too. Check this post by trendzeta to get an insight. I’ll check it out the next time I’m in Berlin for sure:
SOTO Store, Torstraße 72, Berlin, Germany – www.sotostore.com open Mon – Fri 12:00-20:00 & Sat 11:00-20:00
Market41 is the name of a pop up store located in our beautiful hometown of Frankfurt (I just had to squeeze that in right now) and is run by these two wonderful people you see on the pic above: Lea & Yves.
Not only are they cool, but the styles they carry in Market41 are, too! Above you see some 5Preview shits, below you can see different styles by Sixpack, Red Collar Project and Crooks & Castles.
Also ladies can get themselves some nice dresses…
… plus accessories, while men can grab a pair of comfortable Baqua shoes as well.
Some more stuff for the ladies.
And here are the new Sixpack styles they just got today. By the way, check back from time to time, because you’ll always find something new at Market41.
As I barely can withstand nice things, that have an A written on them, I recently got myself this Sixpack shirt called “Parallel Strokes” by artist PMKFA – plus some shorts for my summer vacation, but these will remain a secret until then.

The guys from Munich based streetwear label BEASTIN either know I really like flipping through lookbooks in hardcopy form or they are just overall good guys. Which they most definitely are – without any doubt! So I really appreciated it as their current and beatifully themed lookbook for the Summer 2010 collection “Classic Material” arrived in my mailbox.
For the summer they offer you even more products now like bermuda shorts and woven shirts besides t-shirts and caps – everything very classy styles just as it was the case with the ones from their rookie collection.
Oh, and the face looks familiar, right? It is Chiddy from the upcoming hip hop duo Chiddy Bang. More pictures of the styles and a little background on the lookbook shot on the BEASTIN website.
By the way, the collection launches today along with the opening of the BEASTIN BODEGA STORE in Munich (including some additional NIKE styles, GOOD WOOD accessories, drinks on the house, a big ass TV for the match between Germany and Argentinia and an after party), so if you happen to be Munich, GO!
One thing I’m going to check out when I am back in Tokyo is the UNIQLO UT T-Shirt store in Harajuku, Tokyo.
It usually has alot of different designs every month with all kinds of themes going from music, movies, anime/manga etc.
Right now they have a collaboration going with the famous manga / anime Dragonball check out the lineup right here and go here to see some more detailed shots of the T-shirts.
If you are a fan of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and still need a T-Shirt to support him during his next fight (Whats up Mayweather?) you might want to check out these designs availible to those living in Manila via. GreyoneSocial.
I didn’t film too much with my new Kodak Zi-6, because I often just forgot to. There were so many booths to check out and we met and talked to some cool people, too. I just randomly walked into Flo, who designed our stickers, we got just in time for this weekend, so what you saw in the video was really the world premiere of our sticker. Of course, we talked to the always friendly people from A-Game, who distribute The Hundreds plus some more brands including Sixpack France & UNDRCRWN in Germany (Thanks for the dope stickers!). Also Chris from Beastin was mad beastin as we walked into him, while being nice to talk to. And we met Robert from Freebase Sneakers as well and got some updates. Stay tuned for those!!!
Anywayz I think it’s a nice little video including a classic opening and at the end a Swedish shoutout for Unbreakable, who all were also very cool to us.
It’s just sad to see the Bright Tradeshow move to Berlin now. As one exhibitor put it correctly: “Everyone can do Berlin, but not everyone can do Frankfurt.” Worrrrrrrd!!!
Hey like last year we went out to see the latest in streetwear at the Bright Tradeshow in Frankfurt am Main.
It was held at the old police department building in Frankfurt same like last year, actually this is going to be the last time the tradeshow will be hosted by the city of Frankfurt since it will move to Berlin.
For us locals its sad to hear that another institution of the local streetwear and skatescene is moving to another city that already has big tradeshows like bread and butter, but what can you do.
Anyways heres some shots of our visit today, I think we will also have a little videoclip ready sometime next week since Andi (RUNFFM theballatician) recorded some scenes with his new hd cam while we were roaming around the building.
Normally, we don’t just post lookbooks, but this one is just too good to pass up on. In their recent lookbook for the Holiday ’09 Collection German streetwear brand BEASTIN’ paid tribute to their hometown Munich in the best way possible – by shooting it during the famous Oktoberfest. I also think that they made some great designs for their shirts. Check ‘em out at beastin.de.
We went out and about in Frankfurt/Main, Germany and created a little VLOG from random places we have gone the last few days have fun watching and hope you enjoy the video!
We are also planning some exciting stuff maybe you can tell from the video (only in german) but theres going to be some major changes for 2010, I can’t tell you too much by now but stay tuned as we will reveal more and more soon :).
Oh and thanks to the guy who designed those RUN FFM T-Shirts (LOL !) as they fit our blog perfectly.
