Here’s another very special event presented by YOSOY Music & The IMA Clique: IN SESSION! For the first edition they bring Cody ChestnuTT and his whole 12-man live band to Frankfurt, who have played at the Montreux Jazz Festival just this weekend and come to Germany only for this one exclusive gig: tomorrow at 20:00.
In 2002 the Soul musician from Atlanta, Georgia, released a new edition of his track ‘The Seed’ called ‘The Seed (2.0)’ along with The Roots, that became a worldwide hit. But it’s pretty safe, that he’ll have lots more great music to play on this evening.

Some time ago, I read about Playboy’s plans to rank the Top 23 Air Jordans. Obviously, I was looking forward to it and the pics are, uhm, quite nice, but as a sneakerhead I would’ve liked the J’s on the Playmates’ feet or somewhere “in the picture”. The way they did it now, it could have also been someone at home behind his Photoshop putting a picture of an Air Jordan and a Playmate together. Or do you think they really used some big ass J’s in size 256 for this photo shoot?? Me don’t think so…
Only pic where it goes along pretty well in my opinion is that one for the Jordan VII, because the Playmate seems to have the laces in her hands.

Back when I posted about Crada being everywhere, I literally just kept playing the video about the TYPOGRAPHIC BALLET event at MADE in the background just for the beautiful sound of this Crada (@the_real_crada) produced track, that Talib Kweli performed to. Some time ago I even found a leaked version of it, but I was so happy to see Crada upload the final version now, that also includes the hook by Samuel.
To me, it’s really one of the most beautiful beats I ever heard, plus it also features dope lyrics by Talib as you would expect. Please have a listen!
