WOOD WOOD x ellesse @Market41.

With the weather being quite nice right now, I decided to go to the river Main, that flows through Frankfurt (therefore: FrankFurt am Main => FFM and so on…). While most of the people hang out at the river in the city, it is also really beautiful out here in Höchst, where I currently live. So don’t tell me I didn’t tell you!!! You got no more excuses. :)

But the real beautiful thing in my eyes are the shirt and the sweater by WOOD WOOD x ellesse, don’t you agree??? I coped them at Market41 last week. Limited to 1000 pieces each. And needless to say that I need to buy nearly everything with an A on it.

This is my favorite spot in Höchst!! I spent every day there last summer. They are open until Oct 3rd this year and will open again next year in April or something:

behind the scenes

Yesterday Andi (@theballatician) and me went out to prepare a little videoclip for the white RUNFFM T-Shirts heres just some random photography on our way to the location.
I am not telling you where we shot it yet since we might do a little quiz thingy for you to win something.
But maybe those pictures can help you find out already ;D

Some of you guys like those fashion blogs so Andi modeled for our outfit post hahah ;D Nah actually these were just some test shots but yeah.. just a blogpost filler for now.

Market41 now carries some WoodWood stuff ! They sell out quick get your chance and visit them! (Fressgasse 41, Frankfurt am Main)
They are also preparing something special for their final closing sale, as you might know Market41 is a pop-up store and the concept is that they only open up for a short period of time
in this case just 3 months, so make sure to keep your schedule free on the 2nd of october ;).

Subway and S-Bahn. Those old subway carts have no aircon, sticky warm air ugh… and @theballatician tweeting away on his new iphone4 ^^

Photowalk 13.08.10 HTC Wildfire x RUNFFM White Edition

Wow.. what a day again for a blog this kinda starts to feel like alot of work haha but we do it for the joy of it and since we know that we have some readers who also like what we do
we keep on doing what we do.

We decided to reprint a small number of our RUNFFM T-Shirts and had to pick them up today we really needed this order asap. so we were really happy that our screenprinter
was so kind to help us out last minute. Also we took the chance to make those requested white versions of the shirt, hope you are going to like the white RUNFFM T-Shirt,
they will be launched online at the end of August!!.

Our time was so limited that we had to do some paperwork right at the screenprinters place, I mean Andi (@theballatician) was doing the work, I was just playing around with my
new HTC Wildfire haha, never had a phone with a touchscreen and never thought of getting one but this one seems decent.

Right after we had to go on a delivery tour, its RUNFFM courier all over again haha.

Thats David our first customer that received a white RUNFFM T-Shirt! =) Hoooray! haha.

We also put a few in stock at Market41 on Fressgasse 41 in Frankfurt am Main if you are here go grab them we are also planning on putting them in stock at Julies Barbershop but
because you have to wait for 30-40mins. at a local supermarket to buy a “Leberkäs Brötchen” (google that) we didnt have the time left to drop them of.
We were in such a hurry and Andi had to make it to his Basketball training but its all going to be worth it I’m sure.

We are just lucky to be able to put out some kind of product, in this case T-Shirts, to connect with our people from Frankfurt and people who are into this blogger subculture/popculture stuff.
I think it is the easiest way for us to put our name out and to give you some dope T-Shirts to represent Frankfurt plus it finances some of our expenses and its a hell lot of fun to do it aswell.

All the photos have been taken with a HTC Wildfire cellphone since I forgot my Ricoh GR Digital II at home.
I think it takes decent pictures, good enough for blogposts, twitter, fb and such =).

Flutschfinger Party – Instax Edition

OK, so here I am with the Instax Edition of yesterday’s events.

At the Flutschfinger Party at Market41 I got introduced to Fat Jon of Five Deez, who is now a resident of Frankfurt. You should really check out his music here. Highly recommended by us! Hopefully, we’ll have more on him soon.

Photowalk 07./08.08.2010 – The Flutschfinger Edition

As usual I carry on with my so called “Photowalk” posts from places I go to and what has been going on lately in terms of RUNFFM etc.

Soon-Ho aka ZUNO gave me a ride to the city he had a rough night aswell haha kinda funny how everyone was partying hard the night before I meet them.

We arrived at Market41, the event was called “Flutschfinger” (named after a famous popsicle).

And of course we were all munching away on the “Flutschfinger” popsicles =)

Our RUNFFM T-Shirts out on display, they sold out quickfast!!

Andi (@theballatician) dropped by and we decided to hit up MoschMosch for some “Yakiudon” with slices of Beef in teriyaki sauce pretty gooooood gotta eat that more often unfortunately I forgot
to take a picture of it LOL damn ^^;;

Afterwards we were hanging out at Mikes place until the party started :)

Arrived at the party, ZUNO dropping threepointers like Ray Allen?

DJ Passion rocking the show, as far as I heard he just got in from Hamburg from another gig a night earlier, but as expected the music was top notch!

All together it was a cool night met some nice people, had alot of ice cream lol and saw my good friends again like Roberto who is always M.I.A haha ;D Shouts to Simon who is back in Germany.
Shouts to Market41 Yves and Lea, as always they know how to organize a party!! =)
Look forward to the FUJI INSTAX POST where you will get to see some instant photography pictures, RUNFFM always got the funky camera stuff going on you already know it haha.

Personally I feel a little under the weather but its cool just gonna chill and everythings gonna be good.

Photowalk 06.08.2010 Streetwear edition

We really had to have another meeting in the city today for several reasons, we sold out almost all of our T-Shirts and need to restock asap. and we are already making plans for upcoming events and were talking about some details for our new “products”. Also Andi (@theballatician) finished his semester finals so he finally had the time to meet up .. he had a rough night partying though ;) but “you cant knock the hustle” hahaha.

Met Mike too today was cool hanging out with him again after a long while, I’m already looking forward to go party with him at tomorrows Flutschfinger event, if you are interested make sure to scroll down and check out the details its organized by Market41 a pop-up store in Frankfurt that is plain awesome but I will get to that later in that post.

So since I have never seen the Market41 store in person I had to drag the guys to it to check it out. Its aaaaall the way in the back of this little area on “Große Bockenheimer/Fressgasse” near “Alte Oper”
if you have no idea where it is and you are in Frankfurt and want to check it out then click here for google maps lol.

Lea, who is the owner of Market41, offered us to put some of our RUNFFM shirts on display for the next two months. The whole concept of a pop-up shop is that it only opens for a short
period of time and basically offers some brands or products that are normally not widely availible, basically for you to get a little taste of whats out there.

Here comes our little dilemma that we solved with the power of coffee.

Soon-Ho dropped by, how dope, I havent seen this guy in a long while he had finals too and is now preparing for his diploma thesis but I am already looking forward to go out and hit some parties with him before he is “gone” again to work on his diploma.

Also I noticed that my camera was still on some weird setting that I tried out few days ago so I had to fix some pictures in post at least a little bit, däng.

Soon-Ho talking over some double-shot espresso, word!.

Well we were able to get at least a little “sample run” of a few sizes to show at tomorrows Market41 event to solve our little dilemma, also Mike was very helpful ironing the T-Shirts LOL!.

I really love this picture down here, Mike is ironing and Claudia is chilling eating a sandwich hahahhaha great moment! What an awesome couple! =D

Soon-Ho digged into the chorizo!

Okay so all in all this was a pretty productive day we managed to talk to our screenprinter to order a reprint and were able to put out some T-Shirts on display.

FLUUUTSCHFINGAAAAAZ!!!!

Yo, everybody. This one is sure to be another excellent party, so I’ll let you in on it. Of course. :)

First off, this Saturday there will be free Flutschfingers (“ENOUGH FOR ALL OF US!!!”) and music by DJ Steph & The Kidz Make Noize at the Get Together at Market 41 (I alreadyyy posted about the pop-up store recently), as they will also have new arrivals by 5 PREVIEW and even Wood Wood instore, so make sure to come around. At best this Saturday – or at anytime until mid-September, but in this case without Flutschfingers, I guess. (By the way, I just realized, it’s a little more than a month until then!! You can’t just put an end to it like that yet, Lea & Yves!!!)

Anywayz, Saturday it’s time to party no matter what, so the After Show Party at Penn & Diaz is the right choice for that! Spinning at the decks will be L’Agentur Finest DJ Passion (as he also did at the super dope In Heaven Part II Party) along with Air Fuss One & DJ Rumble from The Kids Make Noize.

Market41.

Market41 is the name of a pop up store located in our beautiful hometown of Frankfurt (I just had to squeeze that in right now) and is run by these two wonderful people you see on the pic above: Lea & Yves.

Not only are they cool, but the styles they carry in Market41 are, too! Above you see some 5Preview shits, below you can see different styles by Sixpack, Red Collar Project and Crooks & Castles.

Also ladies can get themselves some nice dresses…

… plus accessories, while men can grab a pair of comfortable Baqua shoes as well.

Some more stuff for the ladies.

And here are the new Sixpack styles they just got today. By the way, check back from time to time, because you’ll always find something new at Market41.

As I barely can withstand nice things, that have an A written on them, I recently got myself this Sixpack shirt called “Parallel Strokes” by artist PMKFA – plus some shorts for my summer vacation, but these will remain a secret until then.

Saving the best for last: Bazooka Joe chewing gum 4TW!!!!!!!
