Just wanted to post up some of my recent photos that I took with my Lomo LCA camera.
Most of them were taken around Frankfurt am Main, also check out my flickr for more pictures.

Just real quick. These New Era Frankfurt caps featuring our beautiful skyline have been around for some time now and of course I grabbed one a few years back, but I discovered that KICKZ has some still for sale, so here’s your second chance.

Last weekend, Freiraum Frankfurt held a charity event in their store. Limited pocket flasks by Finlandia Vodka in five different designs were for sale benefiting drinking water projects in Kenia. Before I saw them, I figured that I am (1) not old enough or (2) not desperate enough for something like this, but they looked really cool, so I had to get one. You never now, right?? ;-)
This one is designed by Viva con Agua and combines different symbols of water and life.
Thanks to Adrian for this nice little party with good vibes, good people and good drinks for a good cause!!! Hopefully more of these in the future.
Oh, and it also came with a little bottle of Finlandia Vodka. Drink responsible, it reads. But most of all: Drink in style.

I had something in mind, when I posted that ‘ALLES AUSSER FRANKFURT IST SCHEISSE‘ shirt yesterday. (By the way, the only reasonable translation of that would be ‘FRANKFURT IS THE SHIT’, which is just the complete opposite, if you translate that literally!)
So after we learned, that Frankfurt/Mannheim based Crada produced KiD CuDi’s sond Hyyer for his debut album, we got some more news of that kind for you, because there is also a ‘Frankfurter Bub’ on Jay-Z’s The Blueprint 3. Yap, who would have thought???
Every day a star is born, clap for ‘em, clap for ‘em, clap for ‘em: J.Cole it is (featured on the song A Star Is Born)!!! I was made aware of the fact that he was born in Frankfurt by this post on Dodger Hightop, where you can listen to the song that reportedly got him the first deal for an artist on Jay-Z’s new label RocNation. More evidence on JCole’s fan site and his Wikipedia. And for now we will ignore the fact, that he moved back to the USA at the age of 1.
The first person to introduce me to J.Cole was my best friend Ben, who sent me this trailer for his mixtape The Warm Up. Since it was so simple, but still symbolic for stages in your life, we could relate to it not only for basketball reasons.
For more go to his website as I will close this post with this dope video for his song Simba, also shot by BBGUN.
And I wonder, who is the next one that was born in Frankfurt, we may not have heard about yet???
Andi / @theballatician

Nah, of course not!!! ALLES AUSSER FRANKFURT IST SCHEISSE!!!

Just wanted to let you know. Now you know. And also Happy Birthday to my father, who got this shirt from me today.

Hey everyone,
I just wanted to make you aware of some shopping opportunities today.
First of all, Freebase Sneakers posted a pic one hour ago of the backstock of the NIKE Air Pegasus 89 Berlin (Quickstrike release), that arrived at their store today. So, if you missed your chance head over to their store (Peterstr. 2, 60313 Frankfurt/Main – open: Mon-Fri: 11-20h, Sat: 11-18h), call them (+49 69 13376255) or try it online (www.freebase-sneakers.com) and grab your pair for 119,90€.
Then, KICKZ.com did the incredibly and set the price for the Air Jordan 3 True Blues as part of their Advent calender special for today only at 99,90€ . Surprisingly, as they have still many “good” sizes to offer.
And last but not least, we can now offer you the comforts of our own online shop, where you can exclusively get the WE RUN FFM T-Shirt at. We offer two colorways and free shipping for your order in Germany. Price is 35€.

Hey, today we went to a little event called Fashion City West in Frankfurt am Main.
It was a sunday we had nothing else to do and a little time on our hands, the event was free and so we thought we should drop by and give it a quick run.
The only interesting thing at this fair/trade show was probably the booth of Freebase Records/Sneakers and we got the chance to check out some of their newest Nike quickstrike releases including the Parra Air Maxim 1+ and the Cassette Playa Dunk High, shoutouts to Robert of Freebase Sneakers at this point.
Check out the VLOG.
Extra shoutouts go out to Frankfurt Fashion Blog and Dick und Doof Pizza ;).

While working out, I discovered that today is Music Monday on twitter, so I decided to do this post I wanted to do since a long time. This video shows you how parties are going down in our beatiful town of Frankfurt. It’s by local band Rapsoul and called Tanz in die Nacht (Dance into the night).
Their album is out since a few weeks and if you want to support them, you can get it at Amazon and iTunes. Album Snippet here.
Moritz (baddest rebounder ever known), Steve of Rapsoul and me on our way to the club…
