Of course part of it is nostalgia but its also the skill gamemakers had back in those days with limited tools, was it the graphics or the music.</p>
<p>Please check <strong>Myk Dawgs aka. Myk31</strong> <strong><a href="http://myk31.com/">webpage</a></strong> and <strong><a href="http://myk31.com/videos.html">videos</a></strong> out if you are into the oldschool 8bit era of videogame graphics. He makes graphics and music videos for different kinds of artists and I really like his style, its great to see people using the new tools to check out what you can do with some of the older technologies (like in chiptune music too).</p>
<p>One of his latest videos includes a collaboration between <strong>Mick Boogie and Peter, Björn and John</strong> called <strong>Stay This Way</strong>.</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="560" height="340" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/SqbexfYlthk&amp;hl=de&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="340" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/SqbexfYlthk&amp;hl=de&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p>This video featuring the <strong>Kanye West</strong> track <strong>Robocop</strong> (808s &amp; Heartbreak) has to be my favorite video as a big Mega Man (Rockman) fan.</p>
<p><object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="560" height="340" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xhTLaALEMHg&amp;hl=de&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="340" src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xhTLaALEMHg&amp;hl=de&amp;fs=1&amp;" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object></p>
<p>Hope you enjoyed the videos and the music and please comment if you have some questions or suggestions :-).</p>
