Sometimes I think about what would make a great film and I think about animes and cartoons somehow that inspired me alot during my childhood years. Its weird back then I didnt even know that alot of those “cartoons” were made in Japan and so called “animes” (derived from the word animation).

I think first of all I have to mention He-Man which is not an anime but I think for every 80′s born kid one of the first most influential cartoons and heros hrhr.

Saber Rider for sure!! that series was just too good haha the theme song already got me started that mad crazy guitar riff damn haha always wanted to be “Fireball” the character with the futuristic sportscar and shoot those rockets out of my car at the Renegades.

Also the transformation of Ramrod was soooo dope!!!

Next up is Galaxy Rangers here I really wanted to have the robotic arm of  Zacharias Foxx but I also thought Shane Gooseman was badass.

Yeah the Turtles have to be in here just because of the german theme song by Frank Zander haha.

Captain Future had one of the best opening songs back then and its only in the german version, I think alot of Captain Future fans can agree with that.

I always think  Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would be the perfect guy to play Marshall Bravestarr haha.

Kinda weird but I also liked this series called Cats Eye “Katzenaugen” haha three chicks who rob museums to collect all the artpieces and stuff that was originally owned by their father (as far as I can recall). Funny was the police guy who was dating one of those chicks but also chased the cats eye trio and it was so obvious because they never wore masks or anything and the cafe they ran was also called Cats Eye (wtf).

Make a movie with three hot chicks in tight suits and you have your next blockbuster lol.

Best anime about Football (Soccer) is for sure Captain Tsubasa (Die tollen Fußballstars). The german theme song is also a classic.  Funny how Tsubasa Ozora the main character of this series always wanted to play for Brazil but he was japanese never got that… and they always lost to germany in the finals against Karl Heinz Schneider which is like the uber german name, throw in some random Sauerkraut and Bratwurst too please.

Another clip of the newly made remake called road to 2002 I believe (Special for the Worldcup in Japan and Korea).

Haha and to just give it a little twist I put this rather weird one right in, its called Rock N Roll Kids in germany (original title Ai Shite Nights) man to see that intro again is so weird I dont even remember what I was thinking when I saw that stuff on TV but that fat cat is cool.

I got to end this one with a cool one so I chose Captain N – The Game Master I liked that show just because it was about Nintendo =).

Phew its hard to choose from so many cool animes and cartoons I’m pretty sure I forgot alot of good ones and I mainly focused on old animes and cartoons that were on TV back when nobody even knew what anime was and left out the newer ones so dont come up with One Piece, Naruto or whatever… next time I will choose Movies and feature Animes that inspired me the most.
