We spent a day in Boston and Cambridge last week to visit Simon a friend of Andi (ballatician on runffm) who just graduated Harvard (congrats!) and to check out Boston a little bit. First stop was Karmaloop which I wrote about a little bit earlier, they got kicked out of their old location and moved to another place, we just stood in front of an emptied out closed store with no signs or notifications of the new location also the website didnt say anything about the new location so we went on.
We went on to Niketown and some other locations and also found the Johnny Cupcakes flagship store.
Store was packed on that day, they have some nice T-Shirts didnt find anything for me though. But I like the new The Hundreds x Johnny Cupcakes collabo.
Was also happy to grab the latest copy of Giant Robot Magazine at Borders. Its an asian pop culture magazine if you dont know it yet go and check it out!.
Some random sights around town.
It was a short stay in Boston and all in all I enjoyed the vibe of the city even though the weather was crazy we arrived in freezing cold weather, had a mad heatwave the next day only to be crashed by 30mins of hardcore raining.
